Be fair Bargepole , they're a company that only claims their losses plus a tiny profit so they can't afford expensive staff

Except for the Wicked Witch of the North West who receives £50 for each set of court papers issued.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Of course that's what they allege it costs - when in fact it is just a set of mail merge standardised documents.

So are you saying that they are "economical with the truth" when they say they pay that money over to a solicitor?

I believe it is more of a terminological inexactitude..."economical with the truth" sounds rather like lying ;)

According to the template I recieved, regarding my appeal, they have never lost at court? I am beginning to see a pattern in their...terminological inexactitudes...(Please, Sense the sarcastic tone)

I'd ping that off to trading standards/BPA with a list of several court cases. Never is easy to refute. Just one contrary example and it becomes a complete lie.

And their so-called gloating "latest news" hasn't been updated for four months. I suppose this is because of all the POPLA and court cases they have lost.

  • £16,500 is more than what (the best paying major supermarket) pays... I wouldn't be surprised if people aren't lining up for the job - NMW at 48 hours per week will only gross £15,750.
