Talktalk changed their packages which meant the package I was on should also receive the talktalk tv, during a phone call about a broken router the price was discussed and I was advised I've been overpaying for the service that I was actually getting.
Can I claim back? If so, how do I know how far to go back?

If so, then no, you can't claim back. If it's something else, then please explain.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0
