What gamse does she play on Facebook? Is it possible she has inadvertently bought coins/lives or whatever it is they do now when she was playing?
Can O2 shed any light on what games exactly she has been charged for?0 -
Does she use the Facebook messenger app?
You can buy something called "stickers" that look like emoticons like this one - :j. Not all of them are free, and if you click on them you can purchase them. It is made clear which are free and which aren't.
That's the only Facebook charge I imagine you can make using Facebook. Apart from that, you need to look at games that use Facebook - such as candy crush.
Also you need to consider the possibility that she knew she was running these costs, didn't realise how much she spent, and is now trying to cover her tracks. Talk to her and let her know its ok to make mistakes and she won't be in trouble, you just want her to be honest.
Is the phone android? Some android apps can be rogue and could make these charges. Google the name of some apps she has downloaded to see if anyone else has had the same trouble.0 -
How can Facebook (or one of its apps) bill directly to the mobile account of the inserted SIM card?
Even if this has been facilitated through some new billing channel, it should not be allowed, because mobile networks should be allowed only to invoice for mobile telecommunications costs (e.g. calls, texts and data usage), and not for third party services.0 -
What age is your daughter?
Whose name is her account registered to?
What games does she play?
Who is responsible for the money she spends?
What are you choosing not to tell us?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -

Why shouldn't it be allowed? Some people prefer to pay for everything in one place, others don't. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it shouldn't be allowed.
You've been able to purchase via your operator network for a long time now, in exactly the same way that you can opt to pay via your network for purchases from Google Play store.0 -
If consumers wish to pay in this way, they should specifically opt in to have the facility. Most consumers don't want it.Why shouldn't it be allowed? Some people prefer to pay for everything in one place, others don't. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it shouldn't be allowed.0 -

And this is definitely on the actual phone bill, not on an iTunes/AppStore receipt?0
