Just coming back to this thread again. Is a certificate of lawful development the same as an application for permitted development?
We have put in the latter for the 8m deep extension under which we have to comply with the neighbour consultation plan for larger developments (due to the temp legislation in place).

Ok thx. And should PD applications (for larger home extensions) show up under planning history for a house on the council web site? It's been a over a week now since my architected submitted it via the planning portal and I haven't seen a reference number or the application online yet?Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0

No, I don't think they do. They'll attach a reference number to it, but I'm pretty sure CoLD apps would appear online.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
