Amex Platinum Card - how long do they take to arrive

As the subject suggests, I was approved for the Amex Platinum Cashback card on Monday (yesterday) having applied at the weekend. Just wondered how long it should take to arrive? Coincidentally my washing machine is on its way out, so that will be the first purchase I make.... how exciting lol.

Mine arrived quickly from what I recall, a few days for the pin then a couple after that for the card itself.0

Think all credit cards arrive between 3 7 days after acceptance....... Would recommend AO.com for washing machines fantastic service free delivery and low prices plus topcashback.0

Thanks, just looking on that site now. Had my eye on one I saw in Curry's but it was £700 and I think that's a bit obsessive for a washing machine lol0

700 is excessive would want at LEAST a 5 year warranty with that your getting into MIELE territory in that price bracket....personally I'd look for a Bosch at half that price.0

Amex is pretty quick, should be there by Friday. The PIN comes afterwards but you can check the PIN online once you have the card, so thats not an issue.0

I got mine in 3 days. :-). If you registered for online banking (which I'm guessing you did) you can view your pin online before the letter arrives. :-)0

Yes I know its excessive just found another one for around £598. Its an LG True Steam. Bosch are good, I had Bosch integrated appliances in an apartment I used to rent.
That's go to know about the PIN and viewing it online, I thin MBNA offer that facility too.0 -
The LG one at £598 has a two year warranty but 10 years on the direct drive drum.0
