Can you ask banks to remove late payment from Barclaycard account?

Hi all, I've just noticed on my credit report that a I have a "red" late payment mark from 2012! agh.. I had infact payed off my credit card and didn't realise there was a remaining £13 on the account (which was probably interest that was applied after the "full payment" was made). one or two late payments throughout the last decade on your credit report is more than acceptable. In fact very normal. Even the most organised people sometimes forget to pay CC if they're making manual payments.
