What has happened to Carphone warehouse's customer service
Paid up (for the first time ever in my case) on a cashback deal without the need to send anything in! (On all the cashback deals i have had in the past something has always gone wrong. Forms not received in time mysteriously or in the case of the last one they did not send me the statement I needed to claim with, got all the others just not that one.)
I forgot to cancel the bolt ons I got for free for 6 months noticed when the bill turns up and Im getting charged for them. I email customer services and ask them to cancel, admitting its my fault not theirs and within 2 hours I get a response not only confirming the cancellation but crediting my account with the charges for the previous month!
If they keep this up they will be climbing the table of decent customer service very fast indeed. They have been top of my list of rubbish customer service for years.
