Some of their reed diffusers are nice too, bought a few last year, I do like the home fragrance gifts - makes a nice change from bath stuff :rotfl:

Alas no, it was in my basket until the night before the sale, although I should get the smaller hatbox set.


(Of course this is all theoretical as my order hasn't been despatched yet). The Champneys cube sets are diddy, but handy for teenage girl birthdays at the sale price. I got the large box in the sale last year and my dad's girlfriend went nuts over it, this year I've managed to get 3 of the lime sets (cube, handwash and room fragrance) so that'll do her fabulously for next xmas

yeh shame i didnt get one either online was impossible to get one and none instore that and the champneys home spa was my main two i wanted got the champneys though so happy about that yes the champneys cube set i got pink and green both smell lovely great little gifts for people. i remember last yrs big red box set sounds like someone was happy with it

That's the one thing I really wanted;( seemed to go out of stock as soon as the 70% sale started..very strange. None instore too, funny last year I remember there were loads of the big ted baker sets!

glad to see people got what they want as a person who works for boots it seemed that stock was flowing in as much this year.

Also in regards to the sale being 70 not 75 get used to it with walgreens on the verge of taking over ya might see this sort of thing phased out

I think it's very mean of Boots not to let their staff get a few of the bargains first - especially when people are buying to sell for profit!

There was literally nothing left by the time my friend got chance to have a look on her break.

well this was my fourth xmas doing this and it seems stock wise we got less this year so i think Walgreen are def shaping things behind the scenes

best part is the soap and glory sets the looks people give you when your putting them out before you open

Not much left, but the big Boots store in Leeds city centre had up to 50% off fragrance gift sets (not the nasty celebrity ones, the Joop/CK/Davidoff etc ones), and a further 10% off as well. Not sure if this would be 10% off the original price or 10% after the 50% off if you know what I mean. I was tempted but decided not to in the end.
