Im struggling to think of other hotel chains.

Ibis Budget - what used to be Etap?

They probably have the largest number of 2* (en suite) hotels in France. Tend to be slightly cheaper than the other brands for some reason (c. £30-40 per night for a room with a double bed + single bunk bed).

The Ibis Budget in Boulougne(Outreau) was refurbished not that long ago.
  • Dont forget you van use tesco vouchers towards chunnel and ferries agree with other calais not the best of places.

DFDS Dover-France gets down to £29 each way (car+5) for the cheapest sailings (some of which are overnight).
