I know you probably havent read what you wanted to read but remember that we only have what you have typed. There could be something wrong that none of us know about because you havent told us. that thing could turn the complaint in your favour. We are just going by what you have said and how the complaints are typically viewed with MPPI.

The main problems for you is that you say it doesnt cover self employed but it does and that you cant remember signing up for it. Not remembering does not mean anything was wrong. The evidence available has to suggest a wrong doing. At present, there just doesnt seem to be one.

If it looked like your referral had a good chance, that would have been said too.
The fact is that most Mortgage PPI complaints are rejected and FOS don't overturn these decisions unless a obvious fault is found with the original investigation.
So expect nothing (how ever long it takes) and you won't be disappointed.

its because its a monthly mortgage ppi which there is nothing wrong with. and it also covers self employed.
