    S.M - Brilliant! BTW re the Ralph Lauren, did you see the big programme about TKMaxx etc? A lot of outlet stuff (they went to Bicester village) is made for outlet, so those Ralph Lauren towels could well have been cheap towels with the label changed :eek:

    The basic point was it's not a bargain going purely on the label or the RRP, you've just got to take the offer price at face value and decide if it's a bargain for you. Mind you I've known for a while that TKMaxx's RRPs are sometimes pure fiction, so it's nice when you can base them on prices elsewhere! :D

    RainbowDrops - I saw a lot of this on a KitchenAid mixer grabbit, I would never pay £400 for a mixer because I barely use even my food processor but if you want one then £80 off (or whatever the offer was) is a good price.

    Ellie-Marie - I have a new Christy towel and they are about 1.5 times the thickness or more of those, and Christy are the top make in the UK so I'm very pleased!
