Carcraft pressure selling

andygb that is a perfect example of a question that will sort out the wheat from the chaff. Any pressurised order taker needing to meet quota and who doesn't car what crap you drive away in, whether you get it serviced there or come back to buy more and recommend the pitch to others will scuttle away.
A proper car salesman will be delighted. They will ask you what you do with your car, what you already have, what's good and what's wrong with it and help you make the proper buying decision on the right car for the long term benefit for both of you.
A recently a glass palace has opened near me and they reported over a thousand applicants for 70 jobs (obviously not all sales). One person I know has got a job there and I frankly wouldn't shake hands with him without counting my fingers afterwards. 30 is his target for first month as a trial, I bet he'll double that and they'll need two full-time in customer complaints behind him cleaning up the mess.
As I've said before, car selling is the easiest low paid job, or one of the hardest, most rewarding jobs there is.0
