not sure of cheapest/best broadband deal tips

My daughter lives alone with her 11 year old son, she currently does not have broadband (or a landline) grandson has a laptop which they both use with a dongle, we have worked out they are currently spending about £30 per month topping dongle up. what would be the cheapest broadband to get for them? do any of them do free installation with no landline charges. I am not too sure how it all works, just been on homepage here with talk talk and that started out at £15 per month and then £25 set up fee, Tesco was same but with £30 set up fee. do any of them do it free at all???

Start with an exchange search on samknows.com for her available LLU providers: there are no universal 'cheapest' deals, as broadband is exchange specific.
Landline provision starts from £130 (BT rack rate), but many providers discount down to around £50, sometimes less. It depends on the value of the contract you take.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

The fees you are looking at refer to setting up the broadband.
Supply of a land-line would be extra. Some ISPs may do it at a reduced cost, or free with certain phone/broadband packages.

An additional no cost benefit would be the ability to access on demand TV through the laptop?.
You should be able to get landline and broadband( unlimited) for £30 a month tops--maybe even better with introductory deals
