I tried but still got the same message saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a network which is unavailable.

The previous text is followed by "Enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'SingleImageWW.msi'"

As I can't/don't know how to do this, it then says that installation has failed.

I tried but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I clicked on copy and waited for about 10 mins but no response. Have to turn laptop off now but will try again later in week (not tomorrow as i will be back too late).

You'll not see anything happen - it'll copy to the clipboard so you can paste it to notepad or a reply here etc.

OK thanks. Will look again when I am home. I was expecting a text/result to copy and paste. As I said before, it won't be today.

I have sent it to you as a private message. There was a lot of detail which didn't mean much to me but I preferred not to make it all public just in case.

Download OTM from the link below and save it to your Desktop.

LINK

• Double click OTM.exe to run it.
• Highlight & copy all the following code inside the codebox below. Do not include the word Code:

  :files
  dir C:\ /c
  

• Return to OTM, right click in the Paste instructions for Items to be Moved window (under the yellow bar) and choose Paste.
• Push the large MoveIt! button.
• Click OK to the prompt.
• The report should appear in Notepad. Copy and paste that here.
