Text question
I have a text on my phone from a know contact. But that person is in India with their phone, they say that the text came from the phone back in the UK that their calls are diverted to, I think that is b****** because surely that phone would send out it's own number ?
As a side question if somebody sends a text via the website of their provider does that show the phone number or something else to identify that it was sent from the providers website ?

It gave the impression of being sent from my own uk number even when I was abroad (in Cyprus)0
