Hi all, this PCN was issued back in July 2013 according to the County Court Claim form issued by Northampton(CCBC)
i never recieved any previous correspondence from Parking Eye at all. This letter obviously was a shock. So i wrote to the manager at the hospital where it shows the incident took place in the early hr as 7am. the hospital manager directed my complaint to Parking Eye. They in return me an email that they cant help and their records show that number of letters were sent to the same address.
I dont have a clue what to do. could anyone help please at your earliest as my time would run out this week to write to the court too.
    Thanks a ton in advance
  • I,ve spent enough time reading the forums and threads. dont even know how to start a new thread. so very very sorry.

click on the PARKING TICKETS main forum at the top of this page, in the middle

then look for the blue NEW THREAD button just next to the green banners, on the left, and click it, then copy and paste your info above into the new thread and submit it, then stick to your own thread

ie:- CLICK on '>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking>' end of the small blue 'Home>Forums>' link, top of the page, to see current threads.

There is no requirement to use a separate address, if parking eye do not want to follow POFA then that is parking eyes problem and that information can be used against them.

I agree, if your wife was driving, and she lives at the same address, say so. Too much conspiracy and cleverness increases the chance of a fubar.

    That's great news! :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
