Does anybody else use First Direct's Internet Banking Plus to access their other savings accounts?
If so, have you had any issues recently?
Maybe it's my pc, but I've not been able to access it for the past few days.
I can log in ok but it just goes to "Retrieving data from digital safe. Please wait... " but doesn't load the accounts and balances.

Working fine for me. Just downloaded all my accounts this afternoon.
However, I did see this problem on my computer a few weeks ago.
I can't remember what I did, but I seem to remember I tried a day later and it was fine.0 -

I normally use IE Tab on Chrome which logs in but won't retrieve information, but on IE itself it is just stating 'Retrieving data from digital safe. Please wait...'Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

Alas then I just got a standard copy and paste job of it will only work with IE.... I'd rather they actually read my issue and told me to go away as they cannot support anything else rather than just quote something in direct contradiction to what I have already told them.
I managed to get on once with Chrome last night (didn't get time to try IE and couldn't get it to update more than once on Chrome) so it may be on its way to resolution.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Anyone else having a problem accessing their Santander account from Internet Banking Plus?
It stopped working a few days ago. Credentials are definitely correct and have not changed. I can sign in directly, but not from IB+
I've tried deleting and re-entering the details but its not fixed the problem0
