    Tuesday 18/11/14;

    After being annoyed most of yesterday I got a text at about 15:00 telling me that my certificate had been received and I would receive funds before the end of the day and sure enough it did :)

    My back remained painful for the rest of the day tho... I was glad when it was time to go to bed...

    Today, I've not really done much as I have been feeling a bit run down BUT at about 17:00 my back started to seize up and I jokingly told Mum it would rain soon LOL 20 minutes later it did... !!!!!... Please don't let me start getting pain according to the weather!!! I live in England :( if that happens then I might get a pain free week for Summer LOL Santa, I've been a good boy and I need the following please;

    1. No pain
    2. A sit down with a cuppa tea and a slice of cake (with no pain)
    3. A bike ride
    4. A sit down to have a meal (with no pain)
    5. Stand in the same position without dancing around, leaning, doing a 'rock stance', etc...
    6. £1,000,000 (please ;)

    Hi MB, read your diary and subscribed a while ago but don't think I've had chance to say hello yet, so hello ☺.
    This may not be possible so sorry if it's already been suggested, but can't your gp surgery scan and email the certificate straight to JC+ with a delivery and read receipt so you all know they've definitely received it?

    Oooh no pain - wouldn't that be good. If your pain behaves anything like mine you'll find a point at which it is a nuisance rather than debilitating and just try to keep it at that. I find it's a balance between pain killer zonking me out and pain zonking me out.

    Plus no pain might make you do whatever little thing it was that caused all this in the first place - pressing a button, lifting a teaspoon, or even breathing perhaps.

    Glad your money got sorted

    Morning all! :) Last night I was feeling a bit sorry for myself and decided "sod it" and had a couple of Whiskys :) It was just a couple and they were small so I don't feel too guilty LOL but I slept like a LOG! I think I had them at about 21:00 and don't remember anything past 21:30 and woke up today at 08:00... Best nights sleep in ages LOL

    Hi MrsT, thanks for dropping by to say hi :) you're the first to suggest it but I have already asked JC+ about this and they said NO they will only accept either posted or scanned by my local Jobcentre... Next time (assuming there is a next time) I'm just going to call JC+ and tell them to book me in to have it scanned and if they say it's not an emergency then I'll point out that their process is rubbish and they keep losing (they must be losing it, they can't be not getting it every time?) it ;)

    Hi Ailz, yeah it's a funny balance which you need to try to strike isn't it LOL I think I've been sorting of getting to that point as I have felt an improvement in the last month or so...

    Not massive but in comparison, trust me I can tell ;) it is a bit of a knock back the last couple of days and I think that has just put me in a bad mood :( I have faith that I'll get to the point where the pain isn't dictating my day and mood but I just hope that it isn't after I lose my job... I basically have about 5 months (although I may be able to get more time out of HR even if my manager isn't open to the idea) before I am at real risk of losing it but if I do then I have no idea what I'll do as Occupational Health seem to think I can do some work with adaptions but I can't see an employer putting those adaptions in place even after my last employer did and I still couldn't work?

    "Silver lining" is that my GP is on my side and doesn't feel I can work! Something will work itself out I guess...

    Plan for today? I'd like to just stay in as it's looking like rain (and my back is suggesting it could too LOL) but I think my Mum wants to go out as she hasn't been out for ages and can't get far on her own LOL I have my own problems but I'm still in effect her carer now but I don't mind :)

    Anyhoo, that's all for now CYA!

    Evening number one hubby :D , been a stressful day here, being bullied at work by one of my staff ! Apart from that, been very mse and used some vouchers to start the dreaded xmas shopping ! One month today and it all kicks off ! Eeek
    Never mind, gonna be a busy weekend helping my sis at a charity fair at her kids school, should be fun as long as they dont play " do they know its Christmas " on a loop like they did last year !
    Keep smiling sweetie, apart from anything else, it makes people wonder what youve been up to ! X
