Does this still work if RK and Driver are the same?? I've read the sticky thread's and it's saying do not send the letter informing the ppc of driver detail's if your are the RK.

Worked for someone I know. Amazed you asked TBH. Maybe you need to think bit harder about who might have been driving, if it was a postal PCN.
