well considering i've ignored everything that's come through by reading old advice, missed all deadlines to appeal etc...

I think you mean Roxburghe (UK) - the debt collectors who are still under investigation by the OFT. Nearly a year since they were due to renew and still the status is open minded to to refuse:

You can either continue to ignore Roxburghe or write denying the debt and requesting they refer the matter back to their client. If they continue to send payment demands after this then this is harassment and you could complain to the OFT and CSA.
Do not ignore a letter before action from either CEL or a solicitor or indeed county court papers from Northampton. Start reading the stickies.
CEL do issue county court claims - but please do not be put off by this as more often than not it does not go to court - and even then sometimes they don't even turn up!

look at some of his other blogs.
You should really be contacting the retailer/landowner though with a strong complaint in order to get this cancelled.
Have you not read the two sticky threads

Paying at this point would be pointless as there is still so much you can do.0 -

It really is about time that the OFT made up its mind.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
...and it was as long ago as 20 May 2011 when the OFT formally notified Roxburghe that they were "minded to revoke" their licence. That dragged on until Roxburghe were due to renew their licence in February 2013 and were then told by the OFT that we're "minded to refuse" their renewal application.

IMO they're stringing it out until all current licences expire on 31st March 2014. From the 1st April 2014 the FCA deal with licence applications for debt collectors.
However I don't know how this position with Roxburghe affects their current obligations as from September 2013 all debt collectors were required to apply for an interim licence from the FCA which then gives a grace period to apply for the full licence by the summer 2014.0 -

I havn't kept any letter's from either excel or roxburghe to respond to and this last 1 was about 3 months ago, so I guess it's wait and see if any more come through and respond to that or have my day in court if it goes that far depending on if I'm still in the country as i'm looking at taking a job elsewhere very soon0
