There are pages and pages of similar complaints about them on hukd, looks like they've been spamming hukd with discount codes.
Several people also claim they were charged twice.

They do infer they are a Dutch company
What date was the delivery arranged for

I see this on their website.. Makes no sense whatsoever-

Card Surcharge: I accept to pay the card surcharge
A card processing fee of 75p has been added to help keep costs down, Thank you.

Let me correct that for them...

I see everyone got here before me, but certainly write a letter to that Hayes address demanding a refund prior to court action.

We ordered some flowers online which offered next day delivery and our chosen date was on there choice of delivery dates. We paid but nothing never arrived and two weeks on still nothing. I have the company can only be contacted via email. I have sent several Emil's asking for refund but a week on I'm being ignored. Who can I contact for my rights and to make complaints about this company? I won't name the company yet

hope you have this sorted by now, but it not, have a look and see if you can report them to the trading standards and keep pushing them, I had a similar issue which is bang on the same as yours, I got my money back, these people are scammers, they don't care about their customers, there is loads more going on here on the
hotukdeals.com website, I couldn't link the full address here, but if you search for 'hallmarkbouquets-com-1767736' there you should be able to find it

    good luck
  • I am on the receiving end of dreadful service after making a complaint. I've had 2 deliveries from Hallmark Bouquets also known as Delightful Bouquets. I am now being ignored after requesting my complaint be escalated to a senior. Company Check website has them listed as:
    CUSTOMER BARGAINS LIMITED

    08909497

Registered Address: 1-1a Tudor Works Tudor Works, Beaconsfield Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 0SL

although no registered director so I am unable to contact them directly
  • Well don't I wish I had seen this yesterday!!

I placed an order on Wed night for delivery Fri morning, the money was debited instantly from my account although I still await a confirmation email.

I emailed to query the order still no response...! I think i'll go the route of having the transaction reversed! Nightmare! But clivecalow the director looks to be a Mr Rajinder Singh Bains
