We ordered some flowers online which offered next day delivery and our chosen date was on there choice of delivery dates. We paid but nothing never arrived and two weeks on still nothing. I have the company can only be contacted via email. I have sent several Emil's asking for refund but a week on I'm being ignored. Who can I contact for my rights and to make complaints about this company? I won't name the company yet

Who can I contact for my rights and to make complaints about this company?
Might be worth reading MSE's Consumer Rights guide and their How to Complain article first.
Have a read of their Chargeback article too.0 -

Was only for £30 so don't want to go through a court for that small amount but still want it back0 -

If they are a company based in the UK then they have to publish a real live address as well as other contact details.
Post us the website and we will look into it.
Loved your typo of "Emil" too.0 -

Try the chargeback and hope. If it is more than 15 days since order date then no-delivery is a valid chargeback reason.0 -
They do infer they are a Dutch company
What date was the delivery arranged for
I see this on their website.. Makes no sense whatsoever-
Card Surcharge: I accept to pay the card surcharge
A card processing fee of 75p has been added to help keep costs down, Thank you.0 -
They do infer they are a Dutch company
Do they?
They do say Fresh Flowers from Holland Everyday on every page, but from their Contact Us page:Postal Address: Unit 1 Tudor Works, Beaconsfield Road, Hayes, UB4 0SL0 -
I did know that. But they are clearly not a straightforward company.
That's why I used the word infer.0
