As others have said, the EA's listing is poor. Photos are not good, floorplan is wrong, there are spelling mistakes ("Dorrs to reception rooms and stairs to first floor")...all in all it looks like a very bad job.
Are you selling the house chain free? If so it might be worth mentioning that.
If I were you I would declutter, take new photos with a wide angle lens, correct the mistakes and change agents.0 -
Thanks for the suggestions! We have decreased to price to 160k which I think is fair. We are going to do serious declutter of the house, redecorate to neutral colours, make the back room into a study room, and make the front room into a bedroom. We will then retake the photos showing the bathroom and garden. Just to let you know the bathroom is not accesbile by the bedroom, this was done wrong. There is a door for it.
Take it off the market. Sort it and put it back on after Christmas.
And fire the EA.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
