Pranky Receives Threats From Parking Eye

PE can be "flexible" with the truth. For example, this from their website (my underlining):-
Unfortunately a number of motorists receive misguided and often misleading advice from online forums who claim that ParkingEye's charges are 'unfair' and 'illegal'. Previously this advice urged motorists to ignore all correspondence from ParkingEye, advice that has meant that ParkingEye has had to take legal action to recover the unpaid Parking Charges. Further to this many motorists, on receiving a claim form, visit these sites for a 'robust' template defence. This sort of defence, and all that have subsequently followed, have failed to convince any County Court Judge that ParkingEye's charges are unfair, disproportionate or a penalty.
This from their "latest news" page which, for some reason, hasn't been updated since September 2013.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
As PE are a comercial entity touting for business wouldst this. This sort of defence, and all that have subsequently followed, have failed to convince any County Court Judge that ParkingEye's charges are unfair, disproportionate or a penalty.

Parking Eye are not unique in this, all parking companies lie and cheat, just go through the aos members websites to get the latest lies. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Whatever happened? Did PP cave in? Did he delete his blog, did he pay them a large sum of money? Did HS move on to a new client.

You might get a response if you start your own thread, instead of hi-jacking this old one that is not relevant!0
