Why would an ethical, upstanding company wish to keep its corporate structure confidential? They're not doing anything wrong, or working within official secrecy obligations are they?

Issuing thousands upon thousands of useless court claims (financially) is not a particularly good way of not being noticed, or having an interest taken in your dealings!

Somebody on Pranky's blog has managed, just by using Linkedin, to find not only those job titles, but the identity of the people who hold those positions. It's all in the public domain.

Ridiculous to say that job titles are secret - how would they advertise for vacancies? Or deal with business enquiries? Do they think they are MI5 or something!

Shona Hegarty's details are back up on linkedin today together with the following employees of PE (all safely downloaded):

Christopher Lee - Civil Engineering Manager
Dominic Dawson - R&D Specialist
Bryan Malcom - Sales Manager
Wesley Button - Sales Manager
Zoe Staziker - Account Manager
Alexandra Whalley - Procurement Manager.

In fact the only employee whose name comes up a lot on witness statements Jonathan Langham does not appear in Linkedin.
