    Afternoon :D

Had a nice pottering morning. Sorted out some washing, tidied round. Had a lovely walk with kids and Luna. Lots of big puddles to go wading through, although in typical fashion DS managed to get soaking wet
DS in hyper mood as running machine we bought in the sale has been delivered and he's desperate to try it out. He's been a PITA all day :o currently pretending to be a dog.......

Tea tonight will be pizza I think.

Feeling tired as I was awake at 6.30am. Might see if I can have a nana nap ;)

Hugs and spoons all round xxx

She is more perky but she still didn't eat all her dinner last night which as a lab sooooooo isn't normal. Am keeping an eye on her so hopefully she will be back to full eating mode tomorrow.

It's not so much the sit and stay but the be quiet he needs to practice :rotfl:

  • Hey all,
    Hope you're all ok x
Slept better last night. I took some herbal sleeping tablets.
I've been to homebase, sainsburys & the post office today.
Had lunch & need to take dd to town in a bit.

Not done a lot else today tbh. Oh I've also put a wash load on.

Dinner tonight is naan & onion bhaji for me & did. Chilli for dh. Pasta for ds2 and ds1 will have something on toast.

Dh & ds1 have gone to a football time somewhere. It's a non league game somewhere. He did tell me, but I didn't pay much attention!

    So, I'd better go & get ds2 dressed :o & pop out.

I am ignoring the messy room...!

    Love, hugs & spoons x

bitsy I like the idea of a nana nap :D could just do with one.

I've decided on sausage and bacon pasta , just making a pasta sauce and going to fry the sausages , it is now sausage pasta as the bacon smells slightly off

    Afternoon Peeps:D

Really having troubles with baby not sleeping....she power naps instead...so as a result we have had approx 8 hours sleep in last 5 days:eek:. of course Mr Flappy ie Noah doesn't help by starting his day at 3am.....even with my aspergers ability to survive on little sleep I'm rather drained:cool:

Had pancakes, bacon and maple syrup for family breakfast which was lush.
Dinner tonight is Southern Indian vegetables with Tarka dal and onion bhaji s.
I have some bread dough proving to make pizza bases for the freezer and am just about to make some mini muffins.....some double chocolate and some blueberry.

Gave kitchen a good deep clean earlier and 2 loads of washing done.
DH doing his tax paperwork again for accountant ready for end of month.

Asher just having some pitta, hummus and cherry tomatoes and has taken half an hour to eat it but managed:D

DH and I are hoping to get kids to bed at a reasonable time tonight and do some yoga and then watch a film with some HM popcorn:)

Noah still having autism issues.... His moods have shifted over last few months and his psychiatrist thinks he may have bipolar...once he starts his therapy they will see if its depression or bipolar and treat accordingly. This along its his ADHD, Tourette's, PDA, dyspraxia, auditory processing disorder and sensory processing disorder is too much for one 10 year old bless him.

Well mrs milky shouting for her raspberries so off to do that.....at 9 months she already has a wider culinary taste than Noah lol:rotfl:

    Afternoon all,

It's been reasonably nice here today, lots of sun which has hopefully got the washing dry.

Took DS2 to work this morning and did the Aldi shop.
DH has gone to an away football match, he went about half twelve and isn't due back till about seven. I've spent the time trying to upcycle some old clothes. Don't think it has been too successful! I made a bag from a felt skirt I'd been given but I decided I don't like it so the fabric has been put in the scraps back for other projects. I made a scarf from a bias cut skirt which is ok and I will probably wear it.

Off early to collect DS2 so I can have a nosey round the charity shops before he comes out of work.

Fishfingers and chips for tea as DH won't be back and DS2 is going to a mates for a 'gathering' tonight.

    Have a good evening.
  • Hi all,

Had a nice day out wandering around a nearby town today. I only bought a couple of bits from Boots that I needed, plus some fruit and veg from the market - no clothes or shoes so I was very proud of myself! I wasn't even that tempted by anything and I have more than enough already.

Bangers and mash tonight :) it was quite chilly out so that will warm me up.

One load of washing done too, one more to go tomorrow, plus some baking to fill up the tins for the week.

Noahspennilessmummy - my sleep problems are nothing in comparison, I hope you get some peace soon and manage to have a relaxing evening with your DH

Hope everyone has a nice evening, redruby and camelot - good luck fixing your leaks, plumbing type jobs are my least favourite.

    Evening All

Went to outdoors shop and ended up at a different one about 20 miles away! Spent far too much but everything will be well used. Got a pair of Merrell walking shoes for £20 which is a real bargain.

Stripped the old sealant from the shower and have re-sealed it. Here's hoping that was the problem. Also managed to get into the cellar, the water has receded so I transferred everything that was in cardboard boxes into plastic so it is all dry now. Had a tip run to get rid of the soggy stuff.

Just made fish and chips for tea, the first time I have ever made it and it was delicious. Even more so as the cod was reduced in Ald!.

    Take care. XX
