We love it, and it's a great way to use leftover chicken. I got the recipe from this board! Definitly a firm favourite! Hence having it twice in a week
This is the recipe:

OH made cherry flapjacks at the weekend so they'll be good for breakfasts and snacks, I'm also trying to swap my bottle of chocolate Baileys from Xmas to water, it just doesn't taste the same!
Had a bit of a change-around so this week was as follows
Mon - Tuna & spinach pasta bake
Tues - Roast chicken legs, mash, veg & gravy
Weds - Pesto & philly pasta with walnuts and mushrooms
Thurs - Sweet chilli chicken and rice
Fri – Ham & cheese toasties
Sat – HM Spinach curry w/ naan bread, onion bhajis , poppadoms and YS mango chutney
Sun - Smoked salmon & pancetta hash with poached egg/tomatoes
