Lovely cake you've made there for your DD - I'm useless at cakes (DH always says they're more like biscuits than cakes, LOL!)

Change of plan for dinner tonight. As there is still a lot of pork and chicken leftover from yesterday's family gathering, we'll be having that with HM chips & salad. There will probably be enough left for sandwiches for lunch tomorrow as well.

    The plan is:

Today - roast chicken, veg n home made Yorkshire puddings (yum yum)
Mon - lo chicken in pastry pies
Tues - chicken curry n rice
Wed - fish ( not sure what with yet)
    Thurs - mac cheese
Fri - pork n prawn balls
    Sat - fish pie

Also plan to make stock with chicken carcass and with this will make chicken n roce soup and freeze some more stock hopefully

    Happy birthday Beluga x :j

I am busy defrosting a huge gammon that I got for just £4 YS :T
So that will be the base for our meals the next few days.

    Sunday- Gammon dinner
Monday- Gammon and egg quiche with salad
Tuesday- Lo turkey curry with turmeric rice, well it had to make an appearance somewhere :rotfl:
Wednesday- Beef and mushroom pie with chips
Thursday- Gammon carbonara or gammon with cauliflower cheese
    Friday- Pizza and garlic bread
Saturday- Gammon and king prawn stirfry with home fried prawn crackers

Breakfasts will be toast, porridge or dried fruit with home made yoghurt.
Lunches will be gammon and pea soup or turkey wraps
Snacks will be hm flapjacks or lo christmas chocolate, fruit or nuts.

I have everything in except the salad and stirfry so it will hopefully be a low spend week :A
We swapped our meal plan around as I didn't feel like curry

We had lo gammon stirfried with king prawns, onions, garlic, chillies, spring onions, grated carrot and mushrooms with a dash of soy sauce. I added a few prawn toast and samosas.
