3 Retention Deal

Just thought i would share my deal i got with 3.

Phoned for pac got offered normal rate published on website so politely refused and i was then transferred to retentions dept (I thought thats where i was)

Anyway the offer was

Free Samsung Galaxy s4

Free Galaxy tab 3

The One Plan

Unlimited Data inc tethering
2000 free mins any network
5000 texts
5000 3 to 3 mins

£30.00 a month for 24 months

Plus i was told that when 3 change to 4G I would be upgraded at no extra cost.

Not bad i thought so i accepted.

£30 x 24 = £720 for a phone and tablet (certainly not free). Quite a lot of money in fact.

You are ignoring the fact that the monthly cost includes minutes, texts and data, take off the equivalent sim only cost (£15 a month for the one plan) and it's £360 for both.


£360 for an S4 and a Tab 3 is certainly not a bad deal.
