Hi yes I know I may not get picked. Luckily my employer doesn't want me to return to work unless I'm discharged.0

Unless you are in the civil service, I can't imagine any other employer paying you not to be there and as you can't claim the court for a Saturday, looks like your going to be working.
My employer does, Sainsburys, they second you to the court for the length of your term and they won't allow you back until you have had 2 clear days off. This apparently because the court works mon-fri with weekends off.
The only problem comes with getting paid which is a different and more troubling matter.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0
