Good old PC World threatening to tow away cars on private land in Oxford.

From the way it's been written with a chunky felt pen I'd reckon that it's just an idle threat from someone who hasn't a clue and is probably unaware of the change in the law, making what they suggest illegal.

The sign says that vehicles "may be removed" whereas looking at that photo it's far more likely that they will go floating downstream.0
