Previous contract with Vodafone £22 p/m 600 mins calls, unlimited text
New contract £33 p/m unlimited calls & text , 1GB data, new Iphone 5s,0 -
if the contract youv done is vodafone to vodafone then you should of done a upgrade.
if this is the case ring vodafone get your number ported onto a pay as you go sim card, then get it ported onto your new sim.
alternatively just ring your old network get a pac code then give it to your new network. they are just selling contracts for major networks once the contract is sold they really wont care and anything customer service wise is through the networks0 -
Thanks gycraig I've rung vodafone and started the process of moving to PAYG but it will take 30 days0

That's because they have misunderstood and asked to terminate the contract, moving to a PAYG to keep the number by the sounds of it. Should've asked for a PAC code and moved it straight away to PAYG with a different network so they can move it back to Vodafone again.0
