Have just phoned Plusnet to ask what broadband deals would be available to me as a renewing customer (prices advertised on website are often only for new customers) and was offered unlimited broadband at £2.50/month on a 12 month contract. Make sure you ask to be put through to the Customer Options Team who seem to be able to offer the best deals.

Thanks for the good advice statistician, I do check the bills when they come through. I must say that I've been very happy with Plusnet during the four years I've been with them.
  • Thanks to ask66 for the prompt.
I have renewed on £2.50/month and paid line rental up front.
Was told to check back in a year to see what the latest deals would be.
I've been with them for three years and no troubles with them.
Just a shame they are in Yorkshire
