i ordered a washing machine online from argos, email confirmed it and delivery was for today so yesterday gave away my old one, they delivered today right on time, brought it through to the kitchen l looked at it and it was completely the wrong colour and make, phoned argos up and they cant redeliver till 21st jan, so…

It is pretty off to change the product without letting you know first.

If you are not happy with the replacement and are looking for another option you could try AO.com (not being paid by them) they are very good on price and delivery is prompt. Plus you can get cashback with quidco (not sure about totalcashback or any others).
