Tesco Credit Card Acceptance

Options
Hi all

I applied for a Tesco Credit Card yesterday and am not sure if I've been accepted? I remember ticking the boxes at the end of the application and then carrying out a electronic signature, then a n option to save the agreement (have I just answered my own question) but am unsure ?? It's been a few years sorting my credit files out respectably as I have a capital one card and also a vanquis card and am seeking a more APR friendly and main stream card.

Thanks in advance :)
