I received some other shirts from them that had a manufacturing fault (collar fabric coming out from the stitches, so not wear-and-tear, but they refused to fix it saying over 60 days had passed) I was hoping to send this order back to express by annoyance with the previous one.
The website is from the UK not the far east.
Thanks for you replies.0 -
I'm hoping you didn't buy them just so you could send them back? You wanted them originally right? Otherwise it was a waste of money on your part.0

It depends how they were custom made.
If you just selected options from a drop-down box for size, colour etc, this is not "the customers own specification" as per the DSRs. However, embroidery to a pattern you gave them would be.0 -
Yeah someone is just going to buy something just toi send it back......some idiots on here
Well that's how this came across...I received some other shirts from them that had a manufacturing fault (collar fabric coming out from the stitches, so not wear-and-tear, but they refused to fix it saying over 60 days had passed) I was hoping to send this order back to express by annoyance with the previous one.

This.
OP - please define exactly how these shirts were "custom made".0 -
So you had rights under the SOGA that they didnt honour which is a much more understood, embedded and honoured set of rights and so you ordered more items to try and use the less well known and more often disputed DSR rights to punish them?
As others have said, cancellation rights dont exist for custom made items and I would double check that they are actually a UK company anyway as just because they have a "uk website" doesnt actually mean they are a UK legal entity0
