2questions in two days but yet again no one answers, may aswell talk to a brick wall, like I do at home:-(

I'll ask again to c what u think

My apg from last night from home delivery only showed up that I brought 1 of each Ariel eithen though I brought 2 colour, 2 breeze and 1 normal(which is on my receipt )

Should I phone up and moan about it showing one colour and not 2 ' so only got cash back for one!
Please can I have a reply as I've never done this before

Morning all.

I have no idea as have not done online APG. Have you definitely been charged for all the items? Sometimes on instore shops things don't appear on the APG for no reason so perhaps you will just have to live with it.

Maybe worth another try in store for ariel? If it is still 5.20 on a.com and msm then it really doesn't make sense that apg sees 3.00 but only instore...

Personally I wouldn't, because it will only bring attention to the glitch, which may possibly still be working!:)

I tried to print these the other day but the computer said no I have just gone back to the email and tried again and it has now let me print hth

I don't think so because I didn't print mine till yesterday lunchtime, more than 24hrs later. When I successfully applied for a coupon once before, opened the email & then tried to print it later I couldn't do it so I just left it this time till I wanted it. Hope that makes sense.
