Good morning. It's the weekend (:j), so I'm up earlier than usual:(.
Receipt dated 23/1/14. My reaction - they bought some £3 and £2 cheese so can't be the 2 for £6 one that's £2 in W with everything else N/A and therefore a good voucher. Toothpaste at £3.49, might help, but - skincare at £1.50, fer gadd's sake!!
:rotfl:
Then I've got home and saw the £7.98 cosmetics on the receipt (so someone spends over eleven quid:eek::eek: on cosmetics and toothpaste). Well, might be good if those cosmetics are on half price somewhere else.
Actual result - a borderline okay voucher offered, but quite a strange receipt!
A and W are same price, so it ticked them with "cheaper". I thought at first it was the comp. vs W that gave the voucher opp. Lots of N/As and just the last two items same price so 10% off.

The cosmetics do not appear, so might be a trigger - but I doubt it (doubt they are part of an mbuy) - B/C ends 79191 (with a missing digit after that, as the final digit never appears on receipts).
If they hadn't bought the Garnier, I would have potentially been quids in (or rather about £1.50 in) vs M:

The Cathedral cheese, and also the Garnier, lost out vs Mr T - making Miss A more than 10% cheaper than T.

Not that I'd advise buying any of the highlighted items (or any of the unhighlighted ones at either Mr A or the competitor).
In the end (or beginning maybe:D:rotfl:), it was this ragbag vs Sains. that gave the postive result, seemingly just because it's the one with the prices generally closest to Mr A's.

Just shows how it 'works' - that a saving of one item against one competitor loses out on other items, whilst the other items that gain against a different competitor are (often) wiped out by the one that gained against the other. What a 'trickery' - so play them at their own game!!0 -
Apologies in advance but I can't find a post explaining the arial glitch and would really like to try it-I am so wrapped up in the m&s glitch at the moment (which I got wrong yesterday!!!)
6 weeks after an accident the hospital finally decide my wrist is broken.....left hand typing and mousing is very slowx
Think I figured it-order colour from A to compare against tesco??
Doesn't the febreeze work? Also shows £3 in t0 -
Good morning all.
Went to Tosco for burgers yesterday, got some half price oils and a nice piece of RTC pork loin.
Not really on my plan but at those prices with 2 orchard MOC's it would have been silly not too:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Going out has DH is a bad patient and has man flu.

Good morning everyone.
Managed 2 NDSs in a row. I have really cut back spending this month but cupboards and freezers do not reflect this. Really need to try harder but M & S is calling my name as have 4 green redeems that run out end Jan & 4 matching MOCs. Need to check the prices of normal things such as coffee & maybe a birthday cake to see if this will work out cheap as Asda as no room in the freezer for meat & chickens & we can only eat so many. DD will have some lovely desserts for her party next week.0
