That's what the solicitor said, it traces back to her!

Her parents are very much money orientated so it was a good look that we were saving money. At the least I thought I was pleasing them. :o

When she left it was her parents who told her to strip the accounts!

All my wife did all day was 'faff' moving furniture from one side of the room to another! I could go upstairs and come down to fine the lounge or kitchen totally moved about, go upstairs and come down to find it in the previous position. God, it was challenging. :o

    Hi Scamps
Really am so sorry to read about the continued troubles you are having, it must be a living nightmare.
Not sure what the solicitor has advised you, but I did see a similar situation some years back with an Uncle and Aunt of mine. It was the other way round though, and the solicitors and courts accepted that as he had not been working, all the money that had been spent on household bills had come from her wages, and the extra saving were his pension.
Also, wouldn't bank statements show that the money left in the accounts was the maintenance and child allowance?
What is she going to say she has been living on? Buying food with, paying bills with, if all the money pad to her has been saved?
Some banks and credit cards can tell who has spent the sums of money, so maybe yours could show that the items you purchased for reselling were from your card? The car boot you use could maybe confirm you are the one there? Just ideas, sorry to stick my oar in.
Personally I think it's a wicked thing she has done and I hope the money and stuff bring her no joy what so ever, and in my opinion you should have it all back but laws as they are you would probably only have a legal claim to half.
I'm also wondering if she even has the money she took in her own name now, if her parents are as you say, they could have persuaded her to let them look after it to try to keep it away from you.
    Hugs

Bom pots are they still working - yes?

Any other suggestions - last week I had a lovely set of mocs which made a very satisfying shop.
Is it worth adding the evian water and 6 spaghetti hoops for clicksnap this week?

I have not been keeping up as much mhoc, but I am sure I read on here that the Bombay Potatoes have stopped working.

EDIT: Pinkpetal's shop yesterday, the Bombay Pots came back N/A.

    sneaks back in..........

Anyone know of a glitch on mosiqito spray? Think they were on plane attacking me.

Must not scratch, must not scratch, must not scratch

I got a gift pack reduced in Boots - Boots own spray and a box of wipes with 50% deet, for £2. Might be worth a look, these were not the Christmas reductions but just in a reduced section.

Besides them attacking on the plane, you have to watch them coming out of your luggage when you unpack. From past experience I have had one or two bad bites when I have actually been home a day or two.
