There's probably quite a few things and its not necessarily outrageous or extreme, but one big porky I told was about seven years ago when there were dresses in T*sco that were a copy of a designer dress and were sold out everywhere and selling for three times the price on eBay. My store is pretty out of the way and not frequented by too many fashion conscious ladies so there was a rail full. Question was, how do I buy a few (I think I got six) without raising eyebrows. I quickly slipped my nice ring from my right hand to left hand and went to the till. The lady on the checkout commented they were lovely dresses and wondered why I was buying so many? 'Bridesmaids' I said! A smile and a 'congratulations', and off I went!
Hehehe, I like it...
Its not outrageous, but a little white lie....last year when people were finding the 1p/4p cheerleader outfits... I'd seen a rail full of them a few days earlier in my t.. But we have no scanners. When the barcode was posted on here I went back in store... None in sight. I asked the s/a who said they must have all been sold. I said my Dd needed one for a fancy dress party tomorrow could she look out in the warehouse. She did but came back empty handed. About 10 mins later a s/a came looking for me:eek: she said they had to send them all back because they were faulty!!!:rotfl:0 -

No bumps or bruises, just a dented ego
Flora cuisine works a treat in cakes so should be fine in a flapjack. I've used it loads of times with great results xLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -

Just about to go and collect a sada order. If I refuse the two ariels that aren't working and just get the colour one, will that stop me getting an APG as I then won't have 9 different items? Thank you.:)0

Good afternoon
Im finished work :j:j Im so glad. How did I manage to do that 100 mile round commute everyday before? It's nearly killed me this week  I couldn't go back to doing that everyday!
My joy will be short lived when I have a whole weeks missed uni work to catch up on next week
Oh well the extra money from the work will soften the blow
Didn't order Ariel because I knew I couldn't pick it up early. My laundry stash is quite healthy anyway. Well done to those whose orders worked :T:T
I didn't get the mystery wine either TS:o I must have ordered too late as well? Looks like you got this one all to yourself.......again:rotfl:
