Does anyone know anything about DIY laying laminate flooring?

I'd like to have some next to the front door, it's approx 1.3m squared. I have the laminate and underlay (was given), but we don't have a clue how to do it, and no tools for cutting etc.

I assume getting someone in to do it may be expensive.. has anyone any experience of this?

I managed to install laminate flooring a few years ago, I had no idea what I was doing but managed to do the hallway and living room. There are loads of help videos on youtube, or check if your local B&Q are running demonstrations.

I'm obviously like network rail and just running behind :D
I've said recently I'd never say no to another one but this really isn't the right time :)

You had me alarmed there, I was keeping quiet but - a friend of mine has PCOS and assumed she could not get pregnant. She lost some weight and Lucy is now 18 months old :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Her mum is 47 and this is their 6th child (3 of which they adopted!)

Don't know if it's been mentioned, but Heron sometimes have the jus roll pastry in for 3 for £1 or 40p each (short date) with the codes on. (Maybe worth popping in if your passing).
