Had a successful burger shop today in T's!
Thanks so much to the op for reporting this.
Wednesday is supposed to my day of housework etc when I finish work at 11am, however I didnt get home until nearly 2pm, as I did 3 scan and shop shops, and then a normal shop through the tills.
I am totally shattered, but managed to locate some bargains, so it was well worth it.
I have to say I am totally addicted to the scan and shop, I cant believe how easy it is to use to help locate the bargains. Was a bit concerned the lady helping out on the S&S tills would wonder why I kept going through with a new trolley, so told her I was doing different shops for the parents and inlaws. Hope she didnt notice I had 3 packs of burgers in each trolley full!
Also managed to pick up my Hello Kitty trolley bag from Argos for my dd's birthday. she will be so excited. Another bargain from this amazing thread.
Thankyou so much to everyone who contributes to it.0 -
Just seen Waitrose don't even deliver to my area, so that saves me worrying how to fit anything else in freezer.
I do like a nice bit of Rib Eye though
But still have loads of Bubbs Beef0 -
another sucessful M&S shop today- stocking the family freezers up!!!
Just wanted to mention though - they have fresh soup at £2.50 BOGOHP (I think its 600ml so easily 2 portions) I know this is rather expensive as far as soup goes, but I am sat eating the thai green chicken soup and it is out of this world! SOOOO nice :j
Just wanted to recommend :TThis got me thinking about the day I went into a cafe and ordered 2 coffee's, 1 black, and 1 white to take away. The young girl went and made the 2 coffee's and brought them to me. I then asked for sugar and she said 'I put sugar in them' So, I asked her how many sugars I like in my coffee? she said, 'two'. lol So, I said to her 'how do you know that' she just stared at me with no answer:rotfl: I had to tell her that I like 3 sugar and no sugar in the black 1.

Just to mention, in my T's I found some more Xmas stock located in a completely different aisle today. There is a seasonal clearance section, however I also found a lot of things down a completely different aisle as well. So if you have time have a good look around the entire store.
Cards, paper, paper plates, tags all seem to be scanning at 5p or 10p.
I Hope they re-stock the burgers and the glitch continues!
Off to have a well earned cup of tea and read some more of your hilarious restaurant stories, before I pick up my little girls.0 -
