    Morning all

    Ready for today's training :)

Will try and remember to take my phone to work with me today  Felt unsettled all day, sad I know :p Knew my sister could get hold of DH if there was a problem but didn't like being out of the loop.

For anyone who missed the nappies at Mr As the other day, Ms have a deal on Pampers Baby Dry Mega boxes. Size 4-6 (containing 86-74 nappies) are on offer at £7.49 a box. Below the magic 10p per nappy. Haven't checked if As stock the same ones but may be good for APG too :)

Good luck hunny make sure they are extra nice to you or we will all come looking for them x

    Morning :)

No snow yet put there is plenty in the Cairngorms for the skiers amongst us :D In one way i'm slightly relieved after several bad winters on the trot but it does feel rather odd :(

    Will do about HC ;)

Just ordered a 3000 piece jigsaw got to be easier than 5000 :rotfl:

Right got to wake Bub up and take him for a walk - he is not a morning dog - how the hell did he end up with me? We usually get back and he runs straight back to bed. Lazy so and so.

I ordered a lovely puzzle, I thought my nan and I could do it together, I thought it had 1800 pieces but when it came it was 18000  it's so big we have no space to even try and do it  I really need to slow down and read things properly :)

  • Good morning all, someone has wiped out the rest of the world here. Either that or it's rather foggy!
I will see how they go over the next few days. Getting to see my docs is like watching Elvis live on stage

I know the feeling. Last time I went I was told if I had left it another day I would have been in hospital :eek: Asked if he had ever tried to make an appointment at his surgery, apparently not! Not easy to get in within a week, though this one we managed to get next day fortunately, timed it right for a cancellation.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Hope you invested in a good pair of running shoes, it's really important :)

    Cheers for that

It could well be training related...I remember not drinking enough water after training on sunday :o
