Logie I am glad you first day went went and you enjoyed your lunch undisturbed.
Tinyshoes I am sorry you hurt your ankle I hope it is better soon. Hooray for the offer on the bungalow.
Another NSD for me. I am on a roll with this now. It does help that my local Mr T does not have scanners. I am jealous of those that do. However I am not sure my OH would see me if we did have one.
Thanks, streetlights.0 -
Oh TS. Take care of yourself and I hope that your ankle gets better soon.
Well done on the bungalow.:T
Had to go shopping yesterday and got lots of the 10p stuff, cards, tissue paper, Santa plates, napkins, big pink sparkly bow for top of Christmas tree (DD1 loves pink sparkly stuff). Advent calenders a bargain at 12p and bb date is 31/07/15.
Mr TS has taken my car today so I can't even attempt to go out.
Well without help that is. :rotfl:I may have had an offer or two. Elite angels. :A:A
I think I will be safe to hobble a bit today, I can move it around fairly easily without weight bearing this morning, still painful to walk but not as bad as yesterday, and bruising has not turned horrendous. It is still swollen but no worse than yesterday so I am sure it is just a sprain.0 -
MKS I've just caught up. I'm so incredibly sorry. But as others have said, it's a blessing that you were able to be together over Christmas. You reached out, which is much better than nothing at all. I hope you can treasure those happy memories as he probably did also :A lots of love xxx
Thanks, emma.0 -
Good morning all.
MKS you have have thanked all posters individually that's so nice. We cannot replace friends in RL but I really feel a sense of caring from the ops on here Many of the regular posters , "old timers", know so much more about the poster than my colleagues at work would do or even care.
TS and scamps take care
My DH has family he never sees, No falling out just chooses not to have them in his life. It was a one way street, they only contacted him when the needed something done or money.
Anyway nipped into Tocso late last night and picked up unneeded Christmas odd and ends for under a tenner, Happy.
Got more responsibility at work yesterday so will have less time to keep up with you guys as I need to increase my hours to suit
Happy shopping0 -
