Does anyone have the link for sun perks the one they are giving £20 argos voucher. Someone posted it last week but can't find it now. Thanks

MKS I am very sorry for your loss. How great that you were able to spend some quality time recently.

Evening have watched first half of Corrie and glad I have plenty of tissues;)as am sure the second half will require more .I think because the storyline is very close to home (my DH bless him:A was terminal) it really is making me sad.I know I should not really watch it as it is my DH's Anniversary on 4th Feb but cant stop myself.:(

    Hugs Nannylala. xx

Julie Hesmondhalgh is doing an amazing job at portraying a terminally ill patient. Been making me sad too Nanny, I can see so much of how my mum was, the bit where Roy did up Hayley's cardigan for her brought tears to my eyes. :(

I'm going to give the 2nd episode a miss. :o

Not at all - I like it :)

I remember a rhyme from when I was young that went

    Jelly belly custard
    Green .... Pie
    All mixed together
    With a .... .... ...

I'll not fill in the blanks in case someone's having dinner( well it is after 7:D)

My DD's friend who was called Holly used to get Holly Bolly Custard:)

  • I was thinking this morning about the potential issue of Scamps's wife and her family monitoring Scamps's posts here on an open forum about his personal issues, for 'nefarious reasons' shall we say.
One possible solution would be for some people here to put their names forward to offer advice to Scamps on any personal issues, which Scamps could raise with them by PM and the advice could be given in the same way. His own personal 'advice squad', if you like.
Scamps could then limit his public posts to the usual glitches/bargains and general chit-chat.
It's one for Scamps to think about first, rather than people volunteering now. I also think he's likely to get lots of people volunteering - it's that kind of forum. :)

    Evening all
