Did anyone enter the Alba science research for a body cream test? My wife did and got accepted but as she's not here, she can't do it! I was a bit bored earlier so I took the stickers off to see what it was..
DON'T click the link if you do not want to know what it is!!
It's this...

I hope you are going to do the trial instead - think how fresh and young looking your skin will be in a months time :rotfl:
I've not de stickered mine yet.
Previous time they sent me a so called premium product it turned out to be from Marks :rotfl:
At least this time its a bit more upmarket.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
M&S SS tills (failed in attempt to get colour in heading)
Manchester Market Street has SS tills. Not surprising but not on the list last time I saw it.
So pleased, thanks everyone.
3 750g gammon joints (not large!) @ £5.99 (3 4 £10)
3 smoked mackerel fillets (various weights ensure you get the stickered ones) @ £2.46 to £2.56 (3 4 £6).
Total before discounts £25.48, paid £6. I know the mackerel is probably not the best deal but I needed it and it's easy to slip into over-full freezer -- which is why I knew exactly what this meant!! :rotfl::rotfl:Thanks, i cant fit no whole chickens in:(:( i bought sausage and chicken breast as can poke them down holes:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Went round to do it again with the beef burgers, though I then needed to spend another £2 and spent ages wandering round being amazed at the prices! Went to SS till and mackerel did not scan. SA came and said I had to go to the special till, said this had been happening all day. Did not say it had not happened minutes earlier but just said was in a rush and left it.
Does anyone else decide what to eat on the basis of what liberates the most room in the freezer?!0 -
How do you help out at the foodbank - what do you actually do?
Sounds really interesting.
Well this weekend my local fb are moving locations. They needed help organising food in the new premises. And before Christmas they wrapped up presents for the kiddies who weren't getting much this year/had a Christmas party for the fb users. There's always something going onDebt free 6th December 2014
