Calibre is a way of bypassing certain controls for downloading books onto your reader. Put the books into the library and they will transfer to yours.

Also follow the above instructions and should solve your library problems too.

Alternatively I also have Adobe Digital Editions for library books, but they are time limited on there.

I cannot believe your neighbour would not take them in for you... the big fat meanies ...egg their house!!

Now I think about it, well Ive taken in numerous parcels for both sides - one neighbour is a right pain, ignore or refuse any parcels that try to get left with me now as he often as 4 or 5 deliveries a week :mad: - why he does not get them left at his works reception.
So quite possibly it was him that refused to take delivery.

So, so sad.

I thought something sounded dodgy from the beginning, especially when it was on the news that the little boy hadn't been back to Nursery since Xmas.

Something still puzzling me, if someone is trying to hide a crime, why not say nothing rather than report him missing? If the mother had said nothing and then when eventually people had asked where the child was, surely it would be easy to make some lie up - like gone overseas with family.

For the same reason that out of three cogent, apparently intelligent adults in this house, I am the only one who is capable of changing the toilet rolls. :mad: Good to know two Uni degrees and a once mensa IQ are good for something. :(:(

Oh and I'm always hurting myself tripping over OH's shoes because he leaves them everywhere as trip hazards. Why are men's shoes so heavy?
