Sorry to hear Rose You're not stupid at all. It's easy to get answers wrong in a test/exam situation, it's really stressful. Don't be too hard on yourself. 6 months will fly past and you won't make the same mistakes next time.

I know someone who did the bank change to First Direct and they have no complaints .
