One thing you can do to reduce savings legally is to buy a pre-paid funeral plan (sorry if it's a bit morbid but it's a cost that will have to be paid at some point and it means that the government gets a bit less)
My Grandma did this. She picked out her own coffin, service etc and paid for it after she sold the bungalow. At least we know exactly her wishes and there'll be no arguments about paying when the time comes (there's a big family disagreement on that side
) My Mum followed suit and has also already planned and paid for her funeral (she's only 55!) ♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

thanks.....im a little worried about getting it from ebay because she is so small as it may not fit right

my dds got their uni prom dresses from ebay they took a few weeks to come, and dd2 a petite 8 found the fit was brilliant apparently the sizes are slimmer fit than here dd1 found hers a bit tight on the bust as she is more curvy but they both looked stunning and the price was a fraction that we would have paid here..
dd1 is now looking at wedding dresses:eek:0
