    Evening peeps. :)

Been one of those days again!! Went to sada this afternoon and managed to get some woopsies, got the reducing lad to reduce them a little more no harm in asking, so I got everything at 10%. :D Just cooking some lamb neck fillet, paid 93p for 2 bits!!
When I got home I was knackered as it was a 5 mile walk there and back and without my boot it took me 3 hrs!! I'm now aching all over!!
I had to take some rubbish to the bin but I wish i hadn't, 'cos when I opened the bin I saw that my wife had chucked a load of stuff in there before clearing off. So I decided to see what she'd thrown away, then I saw it.... the photo album of our wedding! I'm now looking at it and keep wondering how and where it all went wrong, I'm in bits! She wont answer the phone or return texts and I don't know where she's living. I'm feeling really down right now.

    Sorry. :o

Oh look - just noticed on the right-hand side that A and T are to cut petrol prices. After my A increased its price by 1p a litre last Thursday. So that's a one penny drop then. And seems to have the national cap back at the same price as it was immediately before Thursday at my store.

So, as I stopped buying petrol over this weekend, that seems to be the same price as I paid immediately before the 1p/litre increase!:rotfl: To "cut" petrol prices?!?

Avs T according to that M womble.

1 x ASDA Chosen by You British Cream & Strawberry Jam ...£1.00£2.10:eek:

Not suggesting anyone buy the equivalent in T!! The missing bit btw says "Scones (2)".
  • Just remembered more - she seemed to have a decent enough job (something in IT) but every single piece of furniture in her apartment she had found on the street - her bed was two yoga mats piled one on top of the other with a sheet over them. She went dumpster-diving for all her food and even changed into a old t-shirt with holes in it so she could pass as a "bum" in case any of the store managers approached her while she was doing it!

She had been made redundant from a stockbroker type job but had paid for her Manhattan apartment in full so was obviously used to an incredibly good salary.
We are all guilty of having loads of free bathroom products like toothpaste but she reused paper towels and took them home.
The dumpster diving was a strange one as was the best part of town so I expect you got reasonably fresh things but to do it right in public like that:eek:

My fav episode was woman who made her bf pee in a bottle and turned the water off while he was in a shower.
We really want to see genuine frugal living not nutters.
